Infadizle (a.k.a Infa, a.k.a Schabzin Van Klipzin) is a founding member of the great South African hiphop pioneering group, Skwatta Kamp. He produced the group’s 1st album (Skwatta Campain) which earned the group street credibility and radio play when it was hard for South African hip hop to get into commercial radio.
In 2002, he produced 80% of Skwatta Kamp’s second album (Khut en Joyn). This is the album that changed the perception of the South African music industry about hip hop culture and music. Skwatta Kamp then became the first ever, rap group to win a SAMA (South African Music Award) in 2003.
In late 2002 Infadizle recorded his 1st album, I.Q (infa’s Quotes), which was due to be released in April 2003.
Skwatta Kamp was getting busier and landed a record deal with Gallo record company. Infa’s album was then pushed back and ended up not being released…
In 2008, Infadizle put together most of his recordings from 2003 – 2007 into a mixtape (Schabzin Van Klipzin) which is available to stream on http://www.reverbnation.com/infadizle
Infadizle is currently working on his 1st official studio album which is still untitled…
